During the same period, Italy exported 1.871 million tons of steel to non-EU countries, a decrease of 16.1% from 2.229 million tons in the same period of the previous year, and also narrowed the year-on-year decline from the previous five months.

Among them, Italy exported 498,000 tons of long products to non-EU countries, a year-on-year decrease of 18.9%; exports of flat products were 590,000 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 3.3%.
