Introduction of YT1000 Double Steel Driving Vibratory Roller
YT1000 double steel driving vibratory roller is developed and manufactured by our company; adopting dual motor driving double steel driving system, the roller is driven by the power of diesel RE magnetic generating set with the features of high tamping efficiency, low power consumption; it also takes the advantages of simple & flexible structure, reliable operation and easy maintenance. The product is manly used for road compaction and applicable for roll tamping of the road backfill, especially for the highway, civil construction, water conservancy, airport construction.
Feature of YT1000 Double Steel Driving Vibratory Roller
1. The design theoretically adopts the most advanced theory, i.e. efficient tamping theory combined of kentledge compaction and vibration pudding to achieve the operation result mixed with vibration, surge, compaction and tamping.
2. Since the operation with high frequency and small amplitude of current vibratory roller could compact the rankers very well but compact the medium-bedded soil poorly, roller with low frequency and large amplitude is developed to improve the tamping effect largely.
3. For the structure design, there is no need to adopt 2 sets of hydraulic vibration source on 2 outer shafts of the vibrator when hydraulic vibration structure is used; thus the complicated structure, high accuracy cost of hydraulic drive and synchronistical of the 2 sets of vibration source can be avoided. The vibration motor is mounted at the vibrator mass center as vibration source to simplify the structure with favorable tamping effect and improve the exciting force and impulsive force.
4. Most of small single wheel driving vibratory rollers are easily subside when working on soft road. This is no longer a problem after adopting front/rear double driving system and the operation effect and grade ability are improved.
5. The special motor for 2-way vibrator center could eliminate the negative impact for exciting force due to desynchronize of double vibration source. The driving motor is of parallel connection, so the forwarding vibrator center and centrifugal force component problem due to reversing direction of vibration motor and driving motor when the vibratory roller backs up can be solved; the driving motor is mounted directly in the roller wheel without driving system, so the mechanical reliability can be improved and the vibration effect can be better due to optimal vibration frequency, large amplitude and large impulsive force.
6. Non-hydraulic system is adopted to solve the non-hydraulic push rod steering problem of dual steel wheel passenger compact type steering wheel; the steering system takes a lot of advantages, such as simple structure, flexible and efficient steering, convenient application, long life time and easy for installation and maintenance.
