In the use of paver, do a good job of hydraulic system maintenance, can reduce the failure. General should note the following:
(1) hydraulic oil before adding hydraulic tank, should use a clean container oil, hydraulic oil must be filtered by the oil filter and then add the hydraulic tank; hydraulic oil replacement cycle depends on the quality of the oil used (usually 1000h replacement ); Replace the hydraulic oil should be carried out at the operating temperature; in order to ensure good heat dissipation of the hydraulic system, regular cleaning of hydraulic oil radiator.
(2) due to poor construction environment, hydraulic oil filter replacement cycle should be shortened (usually 750h is appropriate), replace the new filter should be checked, is strictly prohibited deformation, pollution or rust of the filter.
(3) start the engine should be idle before running for some time, then the implementation of the components of the operation, which is conducive to the use of hydraulic pumps.
(4) because of long-term use, paver hydraulic system parameters sometimes change, therefore, should regularly check the hydraulic system parameter settings, to be adjusted in time.
