Introduction of Roll Crusher for Hard Stone
Roll crusher has the advantages of reliable work, easy maintenance, low operating cost, adjustable discharge size. Based on the amount of the roller, it can be divided as double roller crusher and four roll crusher. It is widely applied to crushing brittle and ductile material in the cement, metallurgy, chemical, electric power, coal industries.
This roller crusher mainly composed of rolling wheel, supporting bearing of rolling wheel, compaction and adjusting device and actuating device.
Roller on the geneva wheel of roller crusher is driven by two electric motor through v-belt. The two rollers rotates opposite with each other. Materials will fed through the feeding opening and then be grinded by the rollers.
