Warehouse Storage Roller Racking System Gravity Rack also know as Gravity rack or pallet flow roller rack is evolved from pallet racking,consisting of frame,beam,roller line,damper system,and separation device.

How to load and unload goods?

Roller line is fixed to the beams with a certain slope.Pallet enters from the high-end of the rack,flows down by its own gravity down to the lower end of the rack.When the first pallet of goods  is taken away,the second pallet unit take the first place. First in,first out.

How to control the flow speed?

In order to prevent the pallet unit going down too fast, damper system is equipped at a distance in the roller.
And deviation prevention device is equipped if the roller line is too long to guide the pallet unit flowing down along the roller line.
Outbound side has a shield and pick separate agency ,each column can be arranged for two pallet cargo space.The maximum depth of gravity rack is  for 20 pallets.
Usage:usually used in the food industry,especially for perishable food storage,also suitable for goods with large quantity but few species,using "first in,first out" storage solution.
