Introduction of LNG Gasification Station

LNG regasification Station is consists of:

Process description
LNG transported to station by tanker, boost the tanker by unloading booster and unloading hose on unloading deck, fill LNG to storage tank. LNG inside the tank will keep a pressure between 0.45 and 0.5MPa by self-booster, LNG can freely flow into air heated vaporizer then change to normal temperature natural gas after heat exchange, then go into pressure regulating and measurement unit to reduce its pressure to 0.4MPa, this step can make outlet pressure stable, there is filter to ensure gas purity and normal operating of follow up equipment and instrument, flow meter has instant flow and accumulative flow count function, natural gas will treat with odorization before delivery to outlet.
 
In consideration of tank safety, economic and environmental protection, storage tank equipped with automatic pressure reducing valve, it can automatically discharge BOG according to set pressure, and combined with recovered BOG generated after unloading then go to pressure regulating and measurement unit to main process pipeline after heated to normal temperature by BOG heater. All the natural gas which come from safety valve opening and blow-off will heated by BOG heater and then discharge at high altitude to ensure the station safety.     
 
The key part of LNG vaporizing station is equipped with pressure, temperature, flow, liquid level and flammable gas detective test point, has the function of display, emergency cut off and control room remote monitoring.
